ADHD-Specialized Therapy

For adults and couples managing ADHD and everything that comes with it.

ADHD doesn't exist in a vacuum. Your treatment shouldn't either.

Hi, I'm Natalie, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in ADHD—especially when it shows up with anxiety, depression, trauma, or chronic stress.

I work with adults who feel scattered, stuck in shame, or misunderstood. If you've tried strategies that don't stick, wondered why you can't just push through, or felt like you're fighting your own brain, you're in the right place.

I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic approaches to address what's actually happening—not just executive function, but the emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, and nervous system patterns that come with ADHD. As someone with ADHD myself, I know these experiences aren't separate problems to fix one at a time.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. We'll build self-awareness, strengthen regulation, and find strategies that actually work for your brain and body—so you can trust yourself and stop white-knuckling your way through life.

  • Nervous System Focused

I work with your body's stress response, not just your thoughts. Using EMDR, somatic approaches, and nervous system work, we address what's happening below the surface, not just trying to think your way out of anxiety, ADHD overwhelm, or trauma responses. Your body has been trying to protect you. We help it recognize when it's safe to let down its guard.

  • Neurodivergent Affirming

ADHD brains work differently, and that's not something to fix. I help you build skills that fit YOUR brain, not strategies designed for neurotypical people. We focus on emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and creating approaches that actually stick. Having ADHD myself, I know how complex and layered it can be. You don't have to fit into another person’s idea of wellness.

  • ADHD Rarely Shows Up Alone

About 80% of adults with ADHD have another mental health concern. But here's what most treatment misses: anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles often develop as ways your brain has tried to manage ADHD symptoms. Depression can reduce impulsivity. Anxiety can create structure. These aren't separate problems to fix one at a time. We treat how they interact with each other and your ADHD, giving you tools that work with your whole experience, not just isolated symptoms.
